Thanks for posting this Davide. In the hospital context, I like the idea of being able to project information on to any surface - this would introduce a huge level of flexibility that is currently absent.
I am currently working on Diabetes in a patient centric perspective. This technology can really help people making more informed choice about the food they buy (e.g. reading labels and getting proper nutritional information is very important for diabetic patients). We are working on a similar idea thinking of diabetes friendly places...would be nice to think of possible collaborations...
